Library

The ACIC’s library serves members with a wealth of books on social, religious, political and cultural topics. The library has a vast collection of more than 10,000 books, mostly in Farsi, English and Pashto as well as hundreds of audio CDs and DVDs.

Books, CDs and DVDs can be borrowed or purchased from the library. Currently, the library is in the process of being computerized.

Borrowing Books:

Every member is allowed to borrow only two books for a period of two weeks. Reference books can only be read inside the library and cannot be borrowed outside. Non-members can only borrow book if they can provide a reference from an active member of the community as a guarantor
